The Solstice Harvest Is Here

At first light on the 2026 summer solstice, we cut this lemon balm by hand on our Colorado farm. Picked before the sun warmed the field, then shade-dried to protect its volatile oils, the leaf holds its brightest self. Lemon first, cool spearmint beneath, and a faint camphor finish that lingers.

108 bags were made. That is the entire lot. 64 remain.

The Sancta Herba Reserve is our pinnacle line. Single-moment micro-lots, gathered only when a harvest offers something beyond the ordinary. Last year's Dawn Harvest was our first Reserve, and it sold out.

Lot 02 follows the same discipline. One field, one morning, one cut timed to the solstice, when the plant's aromatic oils peak. Shade-dried slowly. Cut and sifted for the cup. COA verified, per lot, like everything we ship. This is what herbs can be when they come from living soil. Our farm's Haney soil health score of 25.4 surpasses the biology measured in pristine forest land, and you can taste the difference that soil makes.

Each bag is 1 of 108. When this lot is gone, it is gone for good.

Lot 02 opens our 2026 Reserve season. Over the coming weeks we will release Reserve micro-lots of Mugwort, Spearmint, and Peppermint and for the first time ever, Marshmallow Leaf.  Each one small. Each one gone when it is gone.
